Iran is a Cuban American Film Composer who thoroughly enjoys writing in the hybrid realm of music. He continuously pushes the inclusion of his commercial music and electronic upbringing with his Classical Guitar and Orchestration training. His fusion between cultures, both past and present, gives him a unique approach in his musical writing while remaining organic to the story. Recently, he was awarded 1st place in the 2017 California Independent Film Festival Scoring Competition, where he competed with other composers in scoring the same film. He holds a degree in Music Business and Production, and is a Graduate Alumnus of Berklee College of Music, where he received his Masters in Scoring for Film, TV, and Video Games.
